Dr. Nazanin Ghazisharif (aka. Dr. Naz) grew up needing a lot of dental work, which made her anxious to visit the dentist as a child. But that all changed when she was 14-years-old and preparing to receive braces. Her orthodontist referred her to a new dentist to have 3 teeth removed. This new dentist was kind and gentle, talked her through the whole process, and showed her that dental care didn’t need to be painful. This positive experience unconsciously shaped Dr. Naz’s career path and makes her strive to be the dentist that changes the way patients think about receiving dental care.
She achieves this by creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for her patients, empowering them to feel more confident about their smiles, and treating each person who walks through our doors like an individual instead of a number. Dr. Naz focuses on general and cosmetic dentistry, and prefers a “less is more” approach to cosmetic procedures. No one-size-fits-all makeover packages. Just conservative, customized treatment plans that consider the individual’s long-term oral health.
A native of Iran, Dr. Naz and her family moved to the United States in 2004 and settled in Nashville, TN. She attended undergrad nearby at Tennessee State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry in 2010. She then graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2015 from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Naz was stationed at Fort Stewart in Georgia, which is where she met Dr. Packard. That’s where they decided they would team up and practice dentistry together. Since graduation, she’s continued her education through courses that focus on cosmetic dental procedures and facial aesthetics.
Volunteering and travel are important to Dr. Naz. She’s been to 40 different countries across 5 continents, and she takes opportunities to combine those loves with her passion for dentistry through dental mission trips when she can. She wants to remind patients, near and far, that dentists can be kind and compassionate, and her commitment to her patients relies on trusting that she will always keep their best interests at heart.

Bowling Green is home, and they love being a part of this wonderful community.

She has a true passion for dentistry, and has expanded her dental knowledge with various programs through the University of Kentucky, as well as her participation in a Shelter Service Program in Phoenix, AZ. At a young age, Amber recalls a “not-so-great” experience at the dentist. So now, her goal is to provide the best experience for each of her patients-an experience they can look back on and SMILE!
Gabrielle is one of the newest rockstars to Precision Dental. She was born and raised here in Bowling Green and is a student of The Medical Institute of Kentucky for dental assisting. She has been interested in the dental field since her sister started her career as an assistant four years ago. Gabrielle looks forward to her days off where she plays with her dog Ruby Rose. A Bowling Green native, our dental assistant Samantha is a graduate of WKU with her associate degree in Health Sciences. She also attended The Medical Institute of Kentucky where she received her dental assisting certification. For the last four years, she has worked hard to perfect the art of assisting and toward the goal of seeing every movie ever made.
